The Benton-Franklin Workforce Development Council (BFWDC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that can accept tax-deductible donations. We are responsible for funding, coordinating, and overseeing the activities and programs of the local American Job Center, WorkSource Columbia Basin, and services to Youth and Young Adults at TC Futures.  These centers are the focal point for developing community prosperity, one job seeker and employer at a time.
