The Benton-Franklin Workforce Development Council (BFWDC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that can accept tax-deductible donations. We are responsible for funding, coordinating, and overseeing the activities and programs of the local American Job Center, WorkSource Columbia Basin, and services to Youth and Young Adults at TC Futures.  These centers are the focal point for developing community prosperity, one job seeker and employer at a time.

Your donation will play a crucial role in supporting individuals who are actively seeking employment and working to overcome barriers to success. This additional support will address foundational needs and help remove obstacles, enhancing their journey toward sustainable employment. Your contribution will assist in the following areas:

• Transportation

• Childcare

• Food/groceries

• Hygiene

• Clothing: work boots, appropriate shirts/pants, shoes

• Tools​​

• Outstanding fees or fines

• Rental deposits

• Driver's License or state picture identification fees
