           Providing ready access to quality employment and family services for more south county   residents was the compelling vision behind the creation of the Center. The Center extends to all customers KCR’s vision of providing hope, opportunity and services for South   Kitsap residents.

            The Center is a conveniently located one-level building with available parking and is on the bus line. Through a customer-driven model of integrated services, welcoming staff provides customers with direct services located at the Center as well as referral services from to partner community agencies.

            Hours of operation are normally 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with some evening classes scheduled for the convenience of the customers.
